Joseph Stephen Van Tassel was born in Digby, Nova Scotia 1979-10-04. He was a person of few words and was a happy-go-lucky boy & an avid skateboarder. He enjoyed computer games and had many friends who enjoyed his wit. He attended Digby Regional High School & was a member of the Cornwallis Sea Cadets for several years. He left us suddenly due to heart complications 1996-05-10 .
